Private Parties

Touch of Gourmet customers enjoy socializing during their sessions. Our regularly scheduled sessions are a great way for either a few friends, or a group of friends, to get together. But, if you want to host a private session with a large group of friends, we will reserve the store just for you.

 

Our private sessions are designed to provide something for everyone - great host/hostess gifts and a small signature dessert for all guests! Who wants a private session? People who want to have a friend's night out, shower, birthday or special event where guests leave with something they can use - family dinners!


It's easy to reserve Touch of Gourmet for your group:

  1. Set a Date: Call or email us to reserve a date for your party. 614-876-9452
  2. Invite Friends: Send your friends, the email invitation we provide you with the link to your private party.
  3. Have Fun: We supply refreshments, light appetizers, door & lots of fun at your party.
  4. Save Big: As the hostess (or host), you receive $10 for each guest who buys a dinner package of 6 or more meals.  
  5. Cake anyone? With a party of 8 or more, all guests receive a small signature dessert - Grandmother's Chocolate Cake!
Frequently asked questions: 
  • Can guests bring extra food or drinks (of choice)? Yes! We provide light appetizers and light refreshments, and you can add to that as much as you want.
  • Can guests use coupons? No. At the hostess discretion, the guests can all share his/her party discount. This can not be combined other radio, print or online promotions.
  • What is the registration deadline? At least two days prior to the party.  If the minimum is not met, then the session will be opened up to public registration.
  • What is the minimum number of people? There is NO MINIMUM number of people to have a party.  If you have 8 or more people in your party, we will make it a private party for your group and include a free appetizer to enjoy at the party.
  • Can people purchase extra items the night of the party? Yes. Guests may make additional meals if the ingredients are available, or they may purchase items from the grab and go freezer.
