The Company and Staff
As a busy mother of three, I found myself balancing the demands of time against the ability to provide a variety of healthy meals. So, after my first son was born in 2001, I started a monthly "cookfest" with friends to prepare meals that we stored in our freezers to cook for our families. In addition to saving time and money by planning ahead for our meals, we had fun assembling the meals together.
Our staff includes chef interns from local culinary schools. This program provides students the time they need in a kitchen and our customers with the added touch of a cooking professional.
