Description:

(Oven)  Our lean center cut pork roast is infused with classical Asian flavors of ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce and orange juice and then oven roasted. Serve with seasoned carrots provided. Touch Points = 6

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 375°F. Place roast in an oven safe baking dish and add 1/4 cup of water to bottom of pan. Pour marinade over roast. Bake uncovered for 90 minutes or until internal temperature of roast is 165°F. Baste several times with marinade while baking.
