Description:

 A blend of fennel, garlic, rosemary and bread crumbs make a great rub for this pork tenderloin which can be grilled or oven baked. Touch Points= 4

Cooking Instructions

Thaw completely.  Preheat oven to 400ºF.  Roll pork in breadcrumbs on a plate.  Place in foil lined pan and spray top of pork with Pam.  Bake uncovered 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF.  Serve with vegetables provided.
