Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are sauteed on the stovetop in a creamy, lowfat apple and herb flavored sauce. Touch Points = 4
Cooking Instructions
Thaw completely. Spray a medium pan with PAM. Brown chicken in skillet 5-6 minutes per side. Add bag of spices and broth to pan. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes on med-low heat. Remove pan from heat and add bag of evaporated milk. Simmer on low, uncovered for 5-10 minutes or until sauce is thick and internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
