Privacy Policy

Please read and accept the following policy and terms to continue your registration.

  1. I will follow all rules of conduct related to the use of the Touch of Gourmet facilities during my assembling session.
  2. I will not attend my Touch of Gourmet session if I have, or have been exposed to any communicable diseases including cold, flu, etc.
  3. I will promptly freeze my Touch of Gourmet meals following the conclusion of my assembling session.
  4. I will follow the Baking/Cooking instructions specified on all meals.
  5. I will keep all dinners below 40°F (4.44°C) while in storage and I will heat all dinners to an internal temperature above 145°F (62.8°C) for Steak, 155°F (68.3°C) for fish or ground beef and 165°F (73.9°C) for poultry when ready to eat.
  6. I assume full responsibility for the transportation and proper storage of all of my Touch of Gourmet meals.
  7. I agree to release Touch of Gourmet from all claims, damages and causes of action or liabilities which may arise as a result of my preparation, storage and consumption of Touch of Gourmet meals, except if solely due to the gross negligence of Touch of Gourmet.
  8. I will not resell my Touch of Gourmet or use them for commercial service.
  9. I will have FUN!

Bring a cooler or tote to transport food home.

Refreshments are provided.

For your safety, as well as the safety of the little ones, we ask that no one under the age of 5 attend, unless it's a specific childcare session.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made less then 72 hours in advance of your session will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  • We understand that life is unpredictable; if possible, the store will work with you to reschedule your session within two weeks of your original session date without penalty.
  • Inclement Weather - please contact your Touch of Gourmet during inclement weather situations to see if your session has been cancelled. In the event the store must close, information will be provided on the store's voicemail and every effort will be made to reschedule your session.

By registering for and/or participating in the program, class, session or other event identified as Touch of Gourmet (the "Event"), hosted, promoted, endorsed or otherwise related to Extreme Eating Ltd.., or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, including but not limited to "Touch of Gourmet", as well as its franchisees or any other entity related thereto, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Waiver and Indemnity Agreement.

"FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of my participation in the Event, I hereby agree that I shall not assert any responsibility or liability adverse to Touch of Gourmet, its affiliates, subsidiaries or franchisees, including, but not limited to "Touch of Gourmet" and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees, in any manner whatsoever, for any aspect of the Event.

I understand and agree that I will be solely responsible for, and assume the risk of, the food handling procedures which I employ during the course of the Event or after any food prepared by me is removed from Touch of Gourmet premises including, but not limited to, the freezing and refrigerating of the food. Touch of Gourmet recommends that all food prepared in connection with the Event be taken straight home immediately after the Event, placed in a freezer and allowed to remain frozen for a period of twenty-four (24) hours before being prepared for consumption.

Further, I do hereby agree without exception to indemnify and hold harmless Touch of Gourmet, its affiliates, subsidiaries and franchisees and their directors, officers, agents, members, representatives, and employees from all responsibility for any injuries or damages I sustain, or that anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may sustain, in connection with or resulting directly or indirectly from my participation in the Event and the food handling procedures I, or anyone affiliated with or connected with me in any way may, employ after the Event.
